Hey there,

I hope you’ve appreciated this behind-the-scenes breakdown of why, what, and how I rebuilt my best offer - the Offer Development Masterclass.

Otherwise, today we’re wrapping up by reviewing my simple, repeatable promotional plan.

And as promised, I’ll also let you in on my new (free) offer. I think you may love it…

First things first, here’s my simple 5-part promo plan:

1. Waitlist

I’ll start here because these are people who, specifically, said, “I want in.”

I’ll send them a few emails with specifics about the masterclass:

  • What they’ll get

  • How it works

  • Why I built it

  • Past client wins

All while ensuring they get rewarded with bonuses and discounts for joining the waitlist (wink wink).

2. Past clients & attendees

While the waitlist has been growing, I’ve already been chatting (individually) with premium clients and past masterclass attendees.

They’re my hottest “leads.” People who’ve seen the value. They’re already sold - whether that means they’ll help me promote the new version, or rejoin themselves.

And if you remember from the first email in this series, these are also the business owners who have been telling their friends about the masterclass since January.

So, just more of that.

3. Strategic partners

Next up are strategic partners.

I’ve been quietly sharing early previews with business allies who believe in my work, have a similar audience, and are happy to put my stuff in front of their community.

But this isn’t just asking for a random favor. I laid the groundwork by developing and nurturing these relationships months ago. If you want to see how, read this.

4. Past non-attendees

Then I’ll reach out to those who raised their hand to attend, but didn’t:

  • People I rejected because of poor fit at the time

  • People who declined for whatever reason

  • 3 last-minute no-shows (3.2% > 50% industry average for free events)

5. My network

Finally, I’ll invite the rest of my list and LinkedIn following. Those who’ve sent a soft signal that they’re interested in what I’m doing. Not completely cold, but colder than 1-4 above.

This will include:

  • My weekly newsletter - light-touch mentions for all of my subscribers not on the waitlist

  • Social posts with related content, stories, and examples (with 10:1 in terms of give to ask)

This simple, layered announcement lets me reward my warmest circle first, and gives me space to tell better stories along the way.
